Verse of the Day

 1 Chronicles 16:34 (KJV)
34  O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

The first Monday of November. The time of the year we think of Thanksgiving. The primary recipient of our Thanksgiving should be the LORD Himself.

The Hebrew word translated “O give thanks” is “yada.” Look at what W.E. Vines says about the word, “it is evident that yādâ is a recital of, and thanksgiving for, Yahweh’s mighty acts of salvation.

I say amen. I am constantly amazed at just how far my wonderful God went in order for me to be saved. He paid my sin debt and opened the doorway for me to have a relationship with Him through Jesus my Substitute.

As we begin our walk, through November, let’s start by just thanking the Lord for His Salvation!

If you do not know that you know you are saved, please repent of your sin and turn to the Lord Jesus in faith, believing that He died for you and ask him to save you. It will be the absolute best decision you will ever make. You can have something to be thankful about.

 Hallelujah goes right there.

  Be Blessed,
