 Romans 8:26-29 (KJV)
²⁶   Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
²⁷  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
²⁸  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
²⁹  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

 It is 8/29. Romans 8:29 gives us the reason for it all. So that we might be conformed, made in the likeness of Jesus, our Lord. The Lord, who does all things well, is taking up to the mountain top and down through the valley and all of the in-betweens to cause us to form us in His image and likeness. He wants us to look like himself. (would anybody confuse us with Jesus?)

 You may ask, what kind of question is that? It sounds preposterous. But yet, that is exactly what the Lord is doing. Everything, if you are truly saved, that happens in your life has a purpose. That purpose is so we can be conformed to the image of Christ. And then we can be a true witness for Jesus and how He can change a life.

 Ultimately it all is for our good, His Glory, and so that others might SEE Him and be saved.

 Bow before Jesus today and ask Him to make you in His image and live through you today, in a way that draws others to be saved.
