Verse of the Day
Tuesday

Psalm 63:4 (KJV)
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
Death! What a strange way to begin a devotion, you may say. But notice our verse says “while I live.” While living, is the time to let the world know how we feel about our Wonderful God. Too many wait until the end of their life and have to utter their regrets. I read recently how the American Patriot, Patrick Henry came to the end of his life and spoke of his regrets in not reading the Bible. Death is imminent for us all.
We must live intentionally to honor God, to bless His name, to be a testimony to others. It must be done now. Why? Because we are not promised tomorrow. But another reason is He is good to us Every Day. Not just occasionally but every day we experience the “Blessings of the Lord.”
The Psalmist says ”thus” pointing us to the previous verse and God’s “loving kindness.” He has been so good to show us His Mercy and His Grace.
Join me in Praising Him today.
Be Blessed,
Bro. Dewayne
