⁷  Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

 Thanksgiving week. The hustle and bustle of the Holidays ramps up. We will need His help surely. But remember as much as Christmas is about the provision of God in Salvation, Thanksgiving should be about the provision of God in sustenance. The daily bread our Lord so graciously supplies.

 Our Loving Heavenly Father is concerned about our daily needs. But He is also much more concerned about the real need in your life. That void in us that ONLY He can fill. The world system tries to make us feel as if it is things or people or experiences that will do it, but NO it is only the triune God, the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit that can.

 Please slow down this week and realize it will all get done. It will come together. But also remember as much as we all love the food; it really is about our loved ones gathered around sharing their love, their lives and His Blessings. Everything does NOT have to be perfect. People will forget, never even notice some little flaw but they will never forget the love and joy that being together brings. This may be the last time you will get to spend with somebody, do not make it about perfection, make it about the people and the wonderful grace and love of our Awesome God!
