 Psalm 70:4 KJV

Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

Psalm 70. Let God be magnified.

Today, lets talk more about us being the survivor in death. How are we to respond? Most of us are familiar with 1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

The verse tells us that our sorrow should be different than the lost. When we sorrow, we should be a testimony. Of course, this verse is directed to believers.

With this in mind, the question is are we a testimony in that dark valley? Do we have joy in the midst of sorrow? Do we give the Lord praise when it is dark? When we are lonely?

If the Lord is to be magnified, then it behooves us to do it when the world is watching. And they are watching closest when things are at their worst in our lives. Because for the lost world that is when they have the most questions. Questions like, does Jesus really make a difference in your life? The answer should be an emphatic yes!

Are you magnifying the Lord? People are watching us. They are trying to determine in what direction is your life turned to. Do not let them down, Magnify the Lord today, and every day.

 Be Blessed,

Bro. Dewayne
