 Psalm 33:12 (KJV)
¹²  Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

 9/11! Do you remember where you were? Do you remember how you felt? How could this happen in America, to America? It is sad that so many have forgotten or have chosen to ignore what went on then and what is going on now.

 America has forgotten Whom it is that made her great. We have forgotten our values and our belief system. It is heart-breaking. The America I grew up in has long passed off the scene. It was gone before my kids came along and the America they knew is nearly gone.

 What can we do? Remember. Remember the LORD! Remember His goodness, His Holiness, His righteousness, and His Forgiveness. Remember His sacrifice for our sin in the Lord Jesus.

 Some will try to say that our verse is a promise only to Israel. But we are His inheritance in Christ Jesus. We are family. We are birthed in the family of God. We are His. Praise His Holy Name! We are chosen.

 We have been blessed. Remember the one who blesses and is the giver of life.
