Psalm 40:16-17 (KJV)
¹⁶  Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
¹⁷  But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

 Good Morning. Today, I want to thank the Lord that He thinks about me. The wonderful thing is our verse says He “thinketh UPON me.” That is, He meditates about me. Even though I am poor and needy. I am a mess and the Lord still thinks about me. He wants to help me. He wants what is best for me.

The word “thinketh” means the Lord values and meditates upon me and my future. He is “weaving” the fabric of my future. Think about this. The God of Heaven, our Father, is not only concerned about us, He thinks about our future. I know He already knows what will happen, what decisions we will make but he still is interested in and is working in us and on us for our good and His Glory!

Each of us is special in our own way to Him. He Loves Me. He Loves You! Individually. Not just as a part of the “world.” But as one.

Rejoice today. You are loved by the God of Heaven.
