Habakkuk 2:2-4 (KJV)
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

What is it all for? The answer is found in verse 4. To help us 1. Be justified 2. To live by faith. That is the Bible in its simplest form.

You may say “wait a minute, I thought the Bible was all about Bringing Glory to God? Well, let me ask you, does not someone being justified, that is, being saved by the grace of God, bring Him Glory? Does not the believer having been justified and is now walking by faith, that is, giving God full control and full trust, bring Glory to God? It absolutely does! It certainly does!

The ultimate thing anyone can do is place their faith and trust in Jesus, because of Calvary, and the shedding of His blood and getting up from the grave in resurrection power, and be saved. What glory that brings to Christ! He can save. But He also gives us the faith to walk with Him. How? Well, Romans say “faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.”

The very thing we have been discussing. Getting in the Bible and letting the Bible get into you. Are you Saved? Are you walking by faith? If not, Today is the Day! Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sin and place your faith and trust in Him! Then ask Jesus to guide you in walking by faith.

 He Will!

Be Blessed,
